Long Le is the owner of FIRE Leaders Financial Services, an independent insurance brokerage based in Minnesota. As a licensed insurance professional, he specializes in helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate home, auto, life, health, and commercial insurance with clarity and confidence.
As a first-generation immigrant from Vietnam, Long’s journey into insurance is deeply personal. Growing up, he helped his parents translate and navigate everyday systems—from paperwork to financial decisions—and later supported extended family members as they immigrated and worked to establish themselves in the United States. Through these experiences, he recognized a significant gap in access, understanding, and trusted guidance within immigrant communities.
That gap became an opportunity—and ultimately his mission.
Through FIRE Leaders Financial, Long is committed to simplifying complex insurance decisions and advocating for clients who may otherwise feel overlooked or underserved. His approach is built on education, transparency, and service—ensuring every client feels confident, informed, and protected.
In addition to his work in insurance, Long is an active community leader and serves as the Membership Chair for AREAA Twin Cities, where he helps connect professionals and promote sustainable homeownership within the AANHPI community.

I’ve been in the insurance industry for 16 years and am the proud owner of my own State Farm agency and commercial building, which I purchased in 2018. I also own several rental properties and am passionate about helping individuals, families, and small businesses better understand and navigate their insurance needs — especially within minority communities.
Community involvement is one of my agency’s greatest passions. We strongly believe in giving back through local events, charity work, volunteering, and supporting families in need. Much of my drive comes from my own upbringing. My parents immigrated from Vietnam and started with very little, teaching me the value of hard work, resilience, humility, and family. Today, I carry those values into both my business and personal life.
I’m also a proud mother of three children, ages 5, 7, and 9, and my family remains at the center of everything I do.
